Digital Product Terms

These terms cover digital guides purchased from the SightForward website. They do not cover app purchases or subscriptions made through the App Store.

Your purchase

SightForward sells digital guides and resources. Each product page describes what is included with that purchase, including available formats or editions. No physical item is shipped unless a product page explicitly says otherwise.

Personal use

Your purchase is for one person's personal use. You may keep the files on your own devices and print copies for your own use. SightForward does not use digital rights management (DRM) to restrict the files.

You may purchase the guide for someone you are assisting, such as a family member or someone in your care. In that case, you may deliver the files to that person and help them download, open, or print the guide for their personal use. This does not permit sharing copies for other people's separate use.

Apart from providing the guide to the person you purchased it for, you may not redistribute it, post it publicly, resell it, or copy or distribute the files or printed copies to other people.

Refunds and purchase problems

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after download, except where applicable law gives you cancellation, refund, or other rights.

If you made a duplicate purchase, received the wrong files, cannot open a defective or corrupt file, or have a similar reasonable issue, please contact jeff@getsightforward.com. SightForward reviews these situations individually and may provide replacement files, a refund, or another appropriate solution. Any remedy required by law is not discretionary.

Include your order number if available and a brief description of the problem. These terms do not limit your consumer rights under applicable law.

Corrections and compatibility

Minor corrections and updates may be provided to existing customers when practical. Your purchase does not include a promise of lifetime updates or compatibility with every future iOS or iPadOS release, device, model, or regional configuration. This does not limit any update or other rights required by applicable law.

Settings, terminology, features, interfaces, screenshots where included, and availability may differ by device, software version, model, location, or region. Use the product description and the guide's software notes to understand its scope.

Product support

Email jeff@getsightforward.com for reasonable purchase-related help, including trouble downloading or opening the files, receiving the wrong files, or questions about what your purchase includes.

Purchasing the guide does not include unlimited one-on-one technology support, ongoing device setup, or general troubleshooting unrelated to the product.

International purchases

Purchases are available internationally where the configured store and payment system support the transaction. The guide is written in English. Availability, pricing, and applicable taxes may vary by location or region. Review the currency, price, and any taxes shown at checkout before paying.
